Advanced Planning Consultancy

As a company we understand the complications experienced by our clients and a contracts team in obtaining technical advice prior to order placement and during a contracts programming/feasibility study.

Glazing Innovations provide general technical advice free of charge and are often asked to evaluate the technical and cost feasibility of a design.

Our company is also capable of preparing pre contract schematic drawings and glazing related tender documentation. Whilst we typically aim to be rewarded the works, we are not averse to acting as glazing consultants on a contract (sourcing, nominating and overseeing a competitors works accordingly).

Leak Testing & Remedial Planning

Generally system seals, gaskets and hardware are the initial components to begin to fail within any system, either through age or environmental deterioration.

Should you experience any evidence of failing system components you should seek immediate advice. By ignoring the deterioration of any of components, leak damage or even structure failure could follow.

Carrying out leak testing is often not as simple as it may sound, The application of water should be strategically planned in conjunction with volume and duration. In addition and whilst considering the source of the leak, additional considerations such as capillary forces should not be ignored.
